Refund policy

joyfansjersey has been a follower in the industry and strives to maintain customer satisfaction rate. We are a passionate team, with innovative production processes and equipment that allows us to guarantee print & embroidery quality.

Our Guarantee Makes It Quick And Easy:
Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free after sales experience. Notify us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help you solve the problem.

If your order contains items that are printed or embroidered materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue full or partially refund according to your request.
If for any reason we try and are unable to print or embroider those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. Your refund will be issued within 1-2 days after we receive your item(s).
You choose Shipping for your order, we will fully refund your postage when you return or exchange(except for items shipped).


Cancellations:
Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production.

But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $20 restocking fee per item.

All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, Production costs for personalised items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, wrong item, or shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo/video evidence for a resolution (remake/replacement/partial refund/full refund or store credit). After 30 days from receipt, the order is permanently closed and no further claims, refunds, or adjustments will be accepted.

This is a custom product not manufactured by, endorsed by, or affiliated with any professional sports brand, league, or manufacturer.
